
HR Coordinator Required in Dubai Requirements: -Ability to manage a variety of different tasks at the same time. -Knowledge of ERP System -Must be proficient and knowledge of UAE Labor Law. -Proficient MS Office user Job Description: • Keep historical record of employee salary and increment, promotion & transfer, contract change, etc. • Coordinate processing (application, renewal and cancellation) of visa, labour card, Emirates ID card, etc in coordination with PRO. • Keep all the HR Forms and provided to staff as and when necessary. • Responsible for putting vacancy Ad in online portals. Collect CV’s. Do the initial shortlisting of CV. Coordinate interview schedules. • Prepare Offer Letter and Appointment Letter. • Updating and controlling employee personnel files. • Responsible for processing monthly payroll • Carry out separation procedures for termination &resignations and prepare Final Settlement. • Reporting and tracking of annual leave. • Maintaining records of staff loans and other deductions. • Prepare monthly staff map for all sales staff and intimate them. Intimate any transfer of staff from one location to another. • Maintain uniform distribution log and coordinate distribution of uniform. • Medical Insurance management of staff. • Maintain HR Policy and Procedure manual. • Maintain Customer Service Handbook • Maintain and update Organization Chart • Keep record of attendance, absence, overtime and leave details for Payroll processing. Process payroll and distribute pay slip to all employees’. • Identifying training and development needs within the organization, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Departmental Heads and Human Resources department. • Update employee’s status and information on the company’s ERP system. Feed and update all employee related data in the Payroll Module of ERP. • Ensure that overall Human Resources Management policies, processes and guidelines and regulations comply with the regional labor law. • Any other duties as assigned from time to time. • Responsible for writing warning letters in consultation with HR Manager. • Process staff vacations, promotions, increments, transfer and terminations in consultation with HR Manager. • Insurance transactions, reimbursements, etc. Candidate should have UAE experience of 2 to 4 years with the HR department looking after recruitment, payroll and other HR functions.
