• Site Supervision & Quality Control of Multi-Story Buildings all types of activities i.e. Substructure works (foundation/excavation), Superstructure works (Columns, beams, slabs, finishing works etc.. all activities.) • Site supervision, Quality Control & Technical planning of Highway activities from NSL -to- pavement structure. • Reinforcement works i.e. Pile, Columns, Beams, Foundations, Underpasses, Pipe culverts, Multi cell culverts, water supply systems, Box culverts. • Preparation of Shop Drawings & Plans by Auto Cad 2007/2010 • Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly Progress Report for Project & Interim Payment Certificate/Running Bills. • Preparation & Evaluation of Bidding Documents/Tender Documents i.e. Technical Bid & Financial Bid for Mega Projects as per FIDIC Condition of Contract 1987 & 1999 Editions. • Evaluation and Preparation of Construction Claims. • Preparation of work schedule with the help of MS Project 2007. • Meeting with client and consultant. • In-charged in project execution and implementation based on approved plans and specifications. • Coordinate with subordinates for various technical matters for layout of structures at site. • Ensure quality control of materials. • Ensure construction take place in line with the drawings and specifications. • Ensure that correct construction techniques in construction are utilized. • Worked on RCC Retaining walls and Mortar Side Drains. • Calculate data for Steel according to Drawings and Specifications.
