Assistant Accounts Manager Required in Dubai Assistant Accounts Manager Required in Dubai Key Responsibilities · Adherence to internal controls & compliance's · Ensure the personal development of the team members · Drive, develop and implement tools to manage and improve service quality. · Drive Process improvement in the process and continuously plan for process performance · Review process performance and report out performance dashboards · Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes · Preparing Balance Sheet schedules pertaining to Accounts Receivables. · Periodic reconciliation of customer A/Cs. · Ensuring timely settlement of customer payables (trade spends etc.) · Management of Company receivables & Collections from customers. · Building a relationship of trust & partnership with customers. · Inter-Company payment Management · Preparation of pertinent Balance Sheet Schedules.
