Job Descriptions To develop and maintain sales relationships with major customers. To pitch for new customers through appropriate partnership propositions and ethical sales methods, To optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction through strong customer service and follow-up. To analyze the growth drivers by account and prepare a growth matrix for every account. To forecast sales successfully with the Supply Chain Team in order to ensure timely deliveries and to avoid out of stocks and over stocks. To plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity. To use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. Preferred nationalities: Arab, Western, South and North African. You must have developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player. It is essential that you hold a College Degree. Having a UAE Driving License is a must. The successful candidate must have 3 years’ sales experience and minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial sales position in Food Service / F&B / FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE. You must have gained experience in a developed market place / multinational organization. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development. Conduct brand trainings in order to develop brand knowledge and brand specific selling techniques. The Successful Applicant To plan and implement business development plans and deliver accordingly. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities according to the agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telesales. You must have strong negotiation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities To manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. To smartly and proactively manage all the brand related expenses. To deliver budget plans for the year, setting volume, share, market growth and financial objectives.
