Development Manager

1. Manage Company's development projects. 2. Prepare Project Brief in conjunction with stated strategic land, development and business plans. 3. Identify and resolve planning issues, acquire initial affection plans and those subsequent to any subdivision or addition. 4. Provide cash-flow forecasting to Finance Department. 5. Pre-qualify and Manage Tenders & Negotiation for Contractors 6. Prepare RFP & Contract documents for appointment of consultants.
